Project: Multi Functional Real Estate Complex in Skopje
In 2012, Limak, in partnership with local stakeholders, launched a multi-functional real estate development in central Skopje—an area with strong demand for both residential and commercial spaces.
The goal is to develop a state-of-the-art complex that will serve as a new urban hub. Upon completion in 3 to 4 years, the site is expected to become a key landmark, reshaping the city’s dynamic and gradually shifting the urban center towards this location.
