Project Overview:
For the international pharmacy trade fair in Düsseldorf, I led the concept and design of the LINDA Apotheken showroom — a modular and immersive exhibition space that communicated the brand's innovation, digital services, and customer-centric approach.
My Role & Workflow:
Concept Development: I began by translating LINDA's core values — trust, innovation, and community — into a spatial storytelling concept that combines clarity with emotional resonance.
Zoning & User Flow: I structured the booth layout to optimize both traffic flow and engagement, balancing open seating areas, product demo stations, and visual storytelling walls.
Visual Identity Integration: I expanded on the existing brand language and applied it cohesively across signage, digital screens, environmental graphics, and printed materials.
Interactive Touchpoints: I designed UI screens and tablet interfaces to showcase LINDA 24/7 services, integrating them seamlessly into the environment for real-time demos.
Art Direction: From materials and lighting to floral and furniture accents, I curated every detail to reflect the premium yet accessible tone of LINDA.
Vendor Collaboration: I worked closely with fabricators, architects, and technical teams to ensure high-fidelity execution — from 3D renders to on-site supervision during setup.
Outcome:
A welcoming and forward-thinking showroom experience that helped position LINDA as a digital-first leader in the German pharmacy market. The booth attracted significant foot traffic and positive feedback for its clean design and interactive engagement.
